crab+avocado+lime = goodness!
We had a delicious dinner at Joe & Aubrey's house this weekend - we had a fantastic, refreshing appetizer - crab stuffed endive. She used this recipe from Food & Wine, and put her own twist on it bystuffing the crab salad into endive. Take it from me - it was simply mouthwatering, cool, crisp, and not super filling, just right for an appetizer on a warm night.
