apricots everywhere


There are buckets full of plump apricots in my office today courtesy of my boss who has some sort of orchard in his garden. We're having guests over this weekend and I'm trying to figure out what delicious dessert I can create with them...so far I've seen an apricot pudding, this pie with ginger crunch topping, or apricot napoleon's that look kind of divine.

  2. Divine? Those Naploeans look and sound down right sinful...yet the nonfat yogurt is a nice trade off for ice or whipped cream.

  4. You could also do a crisp, so simple, but unbelievably delicious. The simplicity really brings focus to the freshness of the fruit. You could crib from the recipe for nectarine crisp I posted just a while back.
