ruffle tops


I've been wanting one of these layered ruffle tops, don't they just look so comfy? This one by Cynthia Vincent would look so cute with jeans.

    Very early 80's. I had a black sparkly dress in this design..back then. It was my favorite dress to wear to a night at the disco. hehe.
