don't you just love Zumba? We do squats to "apple bottom jeans" and shake our booties, to Beyonce's "put a ring on it"! I would tell you our teacher calls us her "Golden Girls". Myself, I am the youngest there, but the rest of the ladies are 60+ and we get it on! and we sweat and we laugh, and have a great time! Spread that Zumba love!
