At least that's what I thought while I was laying at the pool and a girl walked by in a super cute metallic bikini. Not sure why I equated being European with wearing a metallic bikini, but know this - I want one. Nothing too flashy, and a matte sheen would do just fine. Something a bit like this or maybe even this.
One time I was wearing a scarf while shopping. I had my hair wrapped in it and one of the store associates asked if I was European. I am not. But people associate the most random things with being European. I am sure there are things that are perfectly American in their eyes. Very random comment.
