the graduate
Ruby had her graduation from pre-school and performed a solo act (yes, there were tears in my eyes!). She did her version of "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" and it was sweet (as in sa-weeeet), I was so darn proud!
don't you love that there was most likely no fear of singing in front of people on Ruby's part? I love this age when they can (and will) do most likely anything just because it feels good. Why can't we keep that trait, eh?
pf - yes, it's all caught on video, I couldn't resist. benson - that's what I thought right away, I had butterflies in my stomach for her, but she showed no sign of stage fright at all! melissa - you're planning a wedding, don't go nuts about a flower girl gift! she loves everything girly - oh, and bugs, too.
