I made this colorful summery salad the other night and it was so flavorful and tasty - it may just be my new favorite summertime dinner. I used romaine lettuce, mangoes, sugar peas, shredded carrots & broccoli, radishes, and tossed with a lemon/olive oil vinaigrette. SO good (and it photographs really well, too!).
Do you just shred the broccoli stalks?
