The rain has returned and so has my cravings for warm, creamy pasta dishes. I'm going to try each one of these, they're so simple, just add garlic bread & salad and voila - dinner. (I'll probably leave out those fava beans, though, too mealy for me).
I agree about the simple pasta being such a perfect meal, yum. Tonight I'll roast garlic, shallot and cherry toms then toss with whole wheat pasta olive oil and fresh basil. I've done that springtime dish with the fava beans, peas, goat cheese and mint--it's delicious!! Enjoy!
{what I love} I love to gather friends and throw a great party, designing invitations that make people gasp with delight, the color yellow, my two beautiful daughters, nice weather, corona's w/lime, coconut lotion, my family & friends, piper lane, sipping a latte while browsing Anthropologie, hanging with my hubby on the beach and just enjoying life's little pleasures.
