{today} moroccan mint tea

In Tulum they served fresh hibiscus tea coolers everyday at 2pm. It was mostly water and sugar, which made it very refreshing on those hot days by the ocean. Since I've been home there has been no one serving me tea at 2pm, which is kind of a drag, so I went ahead and looked up recipes to make my own. This moroccan mint tea looks divine (and really easy to make!). I'll let you know how it turns out!

Oh that sounds delightful. Especiall that whole bit about a hot day. It's so cold and windy here in NY that I would give anything for a hot summer day and some great tea to cool me off. Plus I love the glasses as well!

That looks so refreshing - the figs in the photo are an added plus! I hope it turns out to taste as good as it looks.

I love those glasses! Both teas sound wonderful, and I can't wait until it is warm enough outside to open the windows and have iced tea. Mmmmm.

yes, the tea definitely tastes better served in a beautiful glass. oh, and make sure when you pour the tea, you hold the pot about 3 feet above the glass for the true effect.
