These gorgeously designed cookies made by better bit of butter may just be too pretty to eat...wait, who am I kidding, I'd polish one of these right off without regret (but I'd probably take a picture first!).

Thanks for the comment on my Emilio de la Morena post, I too love a good bright colour in the winter time to break up the gloom, which is especially needed here in England!
