i just want to be introduced to this gal's trainer!!
My legs are exactly like these though a little hairier, as for the heels, i've been known to don a pair here and there.
Ok I think I might know a few who could pull this off (me not included), the key for me is should you? I will leave the heels with shorts to the young ones out there.
I hate living in the midwest, fashion like that is stifled, and people look at you funny when you're dressed up.
(I've just resorted to dressing like that just to cook dinner, nothing hotter than heels and an apron!)

oddly enough my legs look very similar to hers...i dont wear shorts ....only skirts. I sometimes think my legs look too THIN....
